Why subscribe?
Subscribing to TRELLIS 3D AI allows you to generate more 3D assets with more credits, access to advanced models, and faster generation speed. Additionally, your generated assets are completely private and will not be shared in the community gallery. You will also receive priority support and early access to new features.
What are Credits?
Our services are measured in the unit of credits. Credit is the unit for usage consumption in the form of any TRELLIS 3D AI image to 3D asset generation that you perform using our platform.
What do I do if I need more credits?
Once all credits are spent in your account, you can either upgrade your subscription plan to get more monthly credits.
What happens if I don't consume the full quota of my Subscription credits?
The unused credits expire when subscription expires. For example, if you bought a plan of 100 credits and could consume only 50 credits, then the remaining 50 credits will expire automatically when subscription expires.
Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also change your monthly subscription to an annual subscription by going to the Manage subscription page in the user center and following the instructions.
